After much anticipation, David Breuer-Weil's The Centre of the World is unveiled in the heart of Jerusalem. The breathtaking sculpture lies beneath the Old City and the Tower of David, in the northern entrance of Teddy Park.

Having worked alongside the Jerusalem Foundation, this work stands as a monument in memory of Eran Laor and was hugely inspired by his significant Cartographic collection of Israel and the Middle East.

The sculpture captures and reflects the beauty of this historical city by day, and by night, the interior reflects the stone cloverleaf-shaped map (see below) which lies beneath holding Jerusalem at the centre.
