David Breuer-Weil's 'Alien' lands in Grosvenor Gardens!

22 April 2013

Alien 2

After much anticipation following the installation of Emergence in Hanover Square, as part of 'City of Sculpture' (Westminster City Council's programme of temporary sculpture) David Breuer-Weil's monumental sculpture Alien has finally landed in Grosvenor Gardens!

Alien presents the viewer with a visitor from a different world suddenly crash landed in the heart of London. As the son of a refugee, Breuer-Weil also explores issues of belonging in an emotive and tragi-comic manner with this monolithic work.

The work will be exhibited for 6 months in Grosvenor Gardens, a stone's throw from Victoria station.
